Job Role
We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketer to manage our online marketing activities, generate leads, and strengthen our brand presence across digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns
- Run and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Generate quality leads for academy courses and programs
- Create content ideas, captions, and marketing strategies
- Coordinate with video editors and designers for promotional content
- Track campaign performance and analyze insights
- Improve audience engagement and brand awareness
- Stay updated with current digital marketing trends and strategies
Requirements
- Good understanding of digital marketing concepts
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager and social media marketing
- Knowledge of lead generation and audience targeting
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and manage campaigns efficiently
- Basic knowledge of analytics and performance tracking
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Marketing, Business, Media, or related fields
- Freshers with strong practical skills are welcome to apply
- Digital Marketing certifications are an added advantage

Compensation
This is an unpaid opportunity. Candidates will gain practical experience working on real-time digital marketing campaigns, lead-generation strategies, social media management, and brand-building activities.
Location & Candidate Preference
Remote / On-site, based on availability.
Preference will be given to candidates based in Trivandrum (Thiruvananthapuram) or nearby areas, as occasional on-site coordination may be required.
Pay: Up to ₹2,000.00 per month
