Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented Career Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide job seekers through their career journey, provide career counseling, assist with job search strategies, and help candidates identify suitable employment opportunities based on their skills and goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one career counseling sessions with candidates.
- Understand candidates' educational background, skills, and career aspirations.
- Provide guidance on career planning, job search strategies, and professional development.
- Review and improve resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and job application materials.
- Assist candidates in identifying suitable job opportunities.
- Prepare candidates for interviews through mock interviews and feedback sessions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the placement process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Keep accurate records of candidate interactions and progress.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and counseling abilities.
- Ability to understand candidate needs and provide tailored career advice.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace.
- At least prior experience in recruitment, counseling, sales, customer service, or career coaching is preferred

- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with candidates.
- Target-driven and self-motivated mindset.
- Knowledge of the US job market is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
