Key ResponsibilitiesFacility Administration
- Manage daily facility operations and administrative activities.
- Coordinate housekeeping, security, pest control, maintenance, and support staff.
- Monitor attendance, shift schedules, and manpower deployment.
- Maintain records of assets, consumables, uniforms, and inventory.
- Handle office correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
Statutory Compliance Management
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintain records related to:
- EPF (Employees' Provident Fund)
- ESI (Employees' State Insurance)
- Professional Tax (PT)
- Labour Welfare Fund (LWF)
- Bonus Act
- Gratuity Act
- Minimum Wages Act
- Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act
- Shops & Establishments Act
- Verify monthly statutory challans and returns.
- Maintain labor licenses, registrations, and renewal records.
- Coordinate with auditors and government authorities during inspections.
- Ensure contractor compliance documentation is updated.
- Monitor employee statutory benefits and grievance resolution.
HR & Payroll Support
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and salary processing.
- Verify overtime, incentives, and deductions.
- Maintain employee personal files and statutory documents.
- Support recruitment and employee engagement activities.
Vendor & Client Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors for facility services.
- Track vendor invoices and payment documentation.
- Ensure service-level compliance as per client requirements.
- Maintain client reports and MIS documentation.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain compliance registers and statutory records.
- Generate manpower reports, attendance reports, and compliance reports.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation.
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure workplace safety standards are maintained.
- Coordinate fire safety inspections and emergency preparedness.
- Ensure compliance with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) requirements.
- Conduct periodic compliance audits
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
