Key Responsibilities
· Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and financial reporting.
· Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
· Ensure statutory compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other regulatory requirements.
· Manage statutory, internal, tax, and GST audits and coordinate with auditors.
· Oversee cash flow, working capital, banking operations, and fund management.
· Establish and strengthen financial controls, accounting policies, and internal processes.
· Provide financial analysis and business insights to support strategic decision-making.
· Liaise with banks, financial institutions, consultants, investors, and government authorities.
· Lead and manage the finance and accounts team, ensuring timely book closure.
· Develop and execute fundraising, trade finance, and capital-raising strategies.
· Arrange and manage funding through banks, financial institutions, investors, and corporate partners.
· Structure and oversee trade finance instruments, including Letters of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees (BG), and Supply Chain Finance.
· Prepare Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), financial proposals, and funding documentation.
· Monitor fundraising, trade finance performance, compliance, and reporting.
Required Skills
- CA qualification with 5+ years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, and financial compliance.
- Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and internal controls and trade finance and fundraising
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/SAP/Oracle or similar ERP systems and advanced MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, or Agro Commodities will be preferred.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
