Key Responsibilities. Teaching & Lesson Planning
- Use play-way and activity-based methods for learning
- Prepare teaching aids, worksheets, and creative materials
2. Child Development
- Support emotional, social, and cognitive growth of children
- Encourage creativity, curiosity, and confidence
- Focus on basic skills (language, numbers, motor skills)
3. Classroom Management
- Maintain a safe, clean, and child-friendly environment
- Handle young children with patience and care
- Ensure discipline in a positive way
4. Student Assessment
- Track each child’s progress and development
- Provide individual attention where needed
- Maintain records (attendance, performance, activities)
5. Parent Communication
- Regularly update parents about child progress and behavior
- Conduct PTMs and give feedback
6. School Activities
- Participate in events, celebrations, and extracurricular activities
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff
Qualifications (Typical)
- Graduate + NTT / ECCEd / D.El.Ed / B.Ed (preferred)
- Good communication skills (English + local language)
- Basic computer knowledge

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
