About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to take operational ownership of client campaigns once the sale is complete.
You will onboard accounts, launch paid campaigns, configure marketing automation, connect lead-routing systems, generate campaign assets and maintain accurate reporting.
Every new client should be live within 3 business days of receiving the required access and information.
During the first phase of the role, the sales team will manage most client communication. As you develop a strong understanding you will gradually take ownership of onboarding calls, reporting reviews, and day-to-day client communication.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Onboarding and Campaign Launch
- Take operational ownership of new accounts after the sales handoff.
- Collect and verify platform, advertising, CRM, listing, and brand access.
- Create a clear launch plan for each client.
- Provision platform access and configure the client account.
- Launch complete campaigns within 3 business days of receiving all required information.
- Track every onboarding and delivery step through the documented Asana workflow.
- Identify missing information or access early enough to protect the launch date.
2. Paid Campaign Management
- Build and manage Meta campaigns.
- Configure campaign objectives, audiences, placements, budgets, lead forms, and creative variations.
- Build and manage Google Search campaigns when appropriate for the client and budget.
- Monitor spend, lead volume, cost per lead, conversion quality, and budget pacing.
- Diagnose underperforming campaigns and make evidence-based changes.
- Test creative, audiences, messaging, forms, and landing-page elements.
- Follow current advertising-platform requirements for housing-related campaigns.
- Document significant campaign changes and the reasoning behind them.
3. Marketing Automation and Lead Delivery
- Set up email and SMS sequences according to the client's CRM capabilities and approved campaign plan.
- Connect landing pages, lead forms, CRMs, and notification systems using Zapier, Make, or similar tools.
- Configure lead routing, source attribution, notifications, and pipeline stages.
- Test every integration before launch.
- Investigate and resolve broken workflows, missing leads, duplicate records, and incorrect routing.
4. Campaign Asset Production and Quality Control
- Generate brochures, flipbooks, landing pages, short videos, and advertising assets.
- Coordinate with the creative team when custom assets or revisions are required.
- Review campaign assets for accuracy, formatting, branding, links, contact information, and platform compatibility.
- Complete the formal quality-assurance process before client approval or campaign launch.
- Ensure landing pages, forms, tracking, and calls to action function correctly across devices.
5. Reporting and Account Health
- Maintain current reporting for every assigned account.
- Track spend, impressions, clicks, lead volume, cost per lead, and other agreed campaign measures.
- Explain what changed, why it likely changed, and what action will be taken.
- Identify underperforming or at-risk accounts before the client raises a concern.
- Provide the founder with concise and decision-ready account updates.
- Improve campaign processes and documentation as new issues and exceptions emerge.
Required Skills and Experience
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on paid campaign management experience.
- Direct responsibility for building, managing, and optimizing advertising budgets.
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, including lead campaigns, forms, audiences, placements, and creative testing.
- Working knowledge of Google Ads, particularly Search campaigns.
- Experience using Zapier, Make, or another marketing-automation platform.
- Familiarity with established CRM systems and lead-management workflows.
- Working knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution, UTM parameters, pixels, and campaign reporting.
- Ability to diagnose performance problems and recommend specific actions.
- Strong written English and the ability to prepare client-ready reports.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, budgets, and dependencies.
- Comfort working within documented processes while exercising judgment when exceptions arise.
- Willingness to work permanent US business hours.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience managing campaigns for the US market.
- Real estate, mortgage, home-services, or location-based lead-generation experience.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Follow Up Boss, Lofty, or BoldTrail.
- Experience with landing-page builders and conversion tracking.
- Previous responsibility for client onboarding or performance-review calls.
Performance Measures
Success will be evaluated based on:
- Campaign budget pacing and cost-per-lead performance.
- Quality and timeliness of campaign optimisation.
- Accuracy and completeness of reporting.
- Number and severity of post-launch errors.
- Early identification of underperforming or at-risk accounts.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts along with their service requests simultaneously.
- Quality of both internal and client communication.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
