We are seeking a customer-focused and enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistant to support daily store operations and deliver an excellent shopping experience. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting products, maintain attractive product displays, process sales transactions, and ensure the store remains clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional assistance.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Demonstrate product features and explain benefits.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, card, and digital payments according to company procedures.
- Replenish shelves and ensure products are properly displayed.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages.
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, labeling, and organizing new stock.
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and visual merchandising standards.
Pay: ₹13,086.00 - ₹20,998.44 per month
