As we establish Teddy’s as a landmark for quality in the local food scene, we are looking for a professional who combines technical mastery with a strong sense of ownership and organizational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Culinary Leadership: Lead the daily production of Teddy’s core baked offerings, with a focus on signature cookies and cakes, while contributing to the development of future products as the brand evolves.
Quality Assurance: Ensure consistent taste, texture, and visual presentation across all product lines.
Operational Excellence: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment in strict compliance with health and safety regulations.
Collaboration: Work alongside the founding team to refine recipes and ensure the brand's vision of "comfort and nostalgia" is met in every bake.
Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in a professional pastry kitchen or high-end artisanal bakery.
Expert knowledge of dough management, laminations, and traditional baking techniques.
A commitment to precision, neatness, and professional kitchen conduct.
Strong communication skills and a growth-oriented mindset.
