Job Summary
Milestone Aluminium Company Pvt. Ltd. is looking for 2 Diploma Freshers to join our Stores Department as Store Leads (Trainee). We are seeking candidates with a positive attitude, strong aptitude, and a willingness to learn. Candidates should have basic computer skills, including MS Excel and MS Word. The selected candidates will receive on-the-job training and will be developed according to the organization's store management processes and requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day store operations.
- Maintain accurate records of material receipts, issues, and stock movements.
- Perform physical stock counting and inventory verification.
- Update inventory records using MS Excel and MS Word.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, and suppliers for material movement.
- Ensure proper documentation and inventory accuracy.
- Support periodic stock audits and maintain good housekeeping in the store.

Purpose of the Role
This position has been created to strengthen inventory control and improve material accuracy across our manufacturing units by:
- Reducing material counting mismatches at the factory.
- Improving reconciliation of critical materials received from suppliers.
- Ensuring accurate inventory records and efficient store operations.
Number of Openings: 2 (One for Unit 1 and One for Unit 2)
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
