Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain product quality as per company standards.
- Conduct raw material, in-process, and finished goods inspections.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality regulations.
- Implement and monitor GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and hygiene standards.
- Handle quality documentation, records, and reports.
- Investigate customer complaints and take corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, and R&D teams to resolve quality issues.
- Conduct regular quality audits and factory inspections.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI and other applicable regulatory requirements.
- Train production staff on quality and food safety procedures.
- Monitor product specifications, packaging quality, and shelf-life standards.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
