We are seeking a skilled, patient-focused, and communicative Duty Dentist to join our growing dental team across two modern clinics. This role is ideal for a clinician who combines sound clinical judgment with excellent patient communication and a professional, team-oriented attitude.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality dental care, building patient trust, and contributing to a collaborative clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
Deliver general dental procedures confidently and independently, including:
Restorative dentistry (fillings, crowns, bridges)
Endodontic procedures (RCT)
Extractions and basic oral surgery
Preventive and periodontal treatments
Emergency dental care and pain management
Educate and counsel patients regarding oral health, treatment options, and preventive care.
Communicate treatment plans clearly and ethically to improve patient understanding and acceptance.
Maintain accurate and complete clinical documentation and patient records.
Ensure compliance with infection control, sterilization, and clinical safety protocols.
Collaborate effectively with specialists, dental therapists, hygienists, nurses, and front-office staff.
Support smooth day-to-day operations across both clinics when required.
Maintain high standards of professionalism, empathy, and patient satisfaction.
