Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complete 3D animation projects from script to final render
- Coordinate across departments: Modelling, Texturing, Rigging, Animation, Lighting, FX, Rendering
- Plan and monitor project timelines, milestones, and delivery schedules
- Ensure high-quality output aligned with international kids content standards
- Manage team productivity, task allocation, and daily progress tracking
- Handle client communication, feedback, and approvals
- Oversee YouTube content planning (episode flow, consistency, engagement)
- Maintain budget control and resource optimization
- Identify risks and solve production bottlenecks proactively
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5+ years experience in Animation / VFX industry
- Strong understanding of 3D animation pipeline (end-to-end)
- Experience working on Kids Rhymes / Cartoon / Educational Content (highly preferred)
- Hands-on knowledge of tools like Blender / Maya / After Effects / Rendering pipelines
- Strong leadership, team handling, and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Deep understanding of YouTube content trends for kids audience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
