Job Description
Mani Textiles – The Grand Store is looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, improve customer satisfaction, and increase customer retention. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience in customer engagement, and the ability to maintain customer databases and follow-up activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the customer database accurately.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Follow up with customers through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
- Plan and execute customer engagement and loyalty activities.
- Inform customers about offers, promotions, and new arrivals.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve customer experience.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare CRM reports and customer analytics for management.
- Ensure customer data confidentiality and accuracy.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Generate repeat business through regular customer follow-ups.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and service requests.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer service, telesales, or retail.
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM software.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience in the textile or retail industry is an added advantage.
