- Bachelor’s / Master’s in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
Job Summary
The EA Faculty member is responsible for delivering high-quality training in U.S. taxation while also handling core academic responsibilities. The role involves preparing students for the EA certification, mentoring them, and contributing to academic excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesEA / U.S. Taxation Training
- Deliver lectures for EA exam preparation (Part 1, 2 & 3)
- Teach U.S. Individual and Business Taxation concepts
- Prepare study materials, notes, and practice questions
- Conduct mock exams, assessments, and doubt-clearing sessions
- Guide students on exam strategy and certification process
- Stay updated with IRS tax laws and regulatory changes
General Faculty Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver structured lectures and training sessions
- Develop lesson plans and update curriculum
- Mentor and guide students academically and professionally
- Conduct assignments, tests, and evaluations
- Maintain student records and progress reports
- Participate in seminars, workshops, and institutional activities
- Support administrative and academic operations
- Maintain a disciplined and engaging learning environment
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of U.S. taxation and EA syllabus
- Excellent communication and teaching skills
- Ability to simplify complex concepts
- Good presentation and classroom management skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in EA / CPA / ACCA training
- Practical exposure to U.S. tax filing (1040, 1120, etc.)
Compensation
- Salary is based on industry standards
