Key Responsibilities:Front Office Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees professionally.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Handle visitor registrations and maintain visitor logs.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and hospitality arrangements.
- Manage courier services, dispatches, and incoming mail.
- Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
HR Administration Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews and coordinating candidates.
- Assist in onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee databases.
- Support payroll inputs and employee data management.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR events.
- Prepare HR reports, letters, and administrative documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Coordinate office supplies and stationery requirements.
- Manage vendor communications and office maintenance activities.
- Support travel arrangements and accommodation bookings when required.
- Maintain company assets and administrative records.
- Assist management with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Front Office, HR Administration, or Administrative roles.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor regulations.
Preferred:
- Experience with HRMS software.
- Knowledge of attendance and payroll processes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
