Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
Prepare and maintain financial statements and MIS reports.
Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Verify purchase, sales, expenses, and journal entries.
Maintain general ledger and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and government authorities.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Process payroll and ensure statutory deductions are accurate.
Monitor inventory valuation and cost records.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Supervise and guide junior accounting staff.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and accounting standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication and team management skills.
Qualification
B.Com / M.Com / CA (Inter) or equivalent.
Experience: 5–8 years in Accounting & Finance (Senior Accountant role preferred).
Preferred Candidate
Experience in trading/manufacturing industry.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of ERP software will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
