Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PV Solar Technical Expert with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in solar power plant design, engineering, and execution. The ideal candidate will be capable of independently managing projects from concept through commissioning while ensuring technical excellence and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and engineering of utility-scale and rooftop solar PV systems
- Preparation of Single Line Diagrams (SLD), layout drawings, and system sizing
- Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and energy yield analysis
- Selection and specification of key components such as modules, inverters, transformers, and cables
- Perform DC and AC system design calculations (cable sizing, voltage drop, protection coordination)
- Manage end-to-end execution of PV solar projects
- Coordinate with civil, electrical, and procurement teams
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, grid codes, and safety standards
- Support installation, testing, and commissioning activities
- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize system performance
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in solar PV system design and project execution
- Proficiency in industry tools:
- PVsyst
- AutoCAD
- Helioscope / SketchUp (preferred)
- Good understanding of grid integration, net metering, and protection systems
- Familiarity with IEC / IEEE standards and local regulatory requirements
- Ability to review technical drawings, calculations, and vendor submissions
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in solar PV design and execution
- Proven track record of:
- Successfully executing at least 5 solar PV projects
- Handling projects with a combined capacity exceeding 20 MW
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
