Key Responsibilities
- Conduct client consultations to understand lifestyle needs, design preferences, budgets, and timelines.
- Develop design concepts using mood boards, layouts, and visual references.
- Prepare and present 2D AutoCAD drawings,Furniture working drawings, factory drawings and 3D designs (SketchUp / 3ds Max / V-Ray or Enscape Rendering ).
- Create efficient space plans aligned with functional requirements and Vastu principles.
- Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures.
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and final quotations for client approval.
- Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, vendors, and contractors for smooth execution.
- Support site execution and ensure design intent is delivered accurately.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting quality standards and deadlines.
- Maintain clear documentation and client communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualification
- 2-5 years of experience in residential interior design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and basic 3D visualization tools.
- Strong understanding of space planning, materials, and finishes.
- Experience with BOQs, costing, and budget alignment.
- Good client presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment.
- Strong coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
