Scope:

We are seeking a bold, creative, and highly strategic Experiential Marketing & Brand Experience Manager who can transform events, executive engagements, customer experiences, and industry activations into powerful moments that elevate the Quest Global brand.
This is not a traditional event management role. While flawless execution is expected, success in this position will be defined by the ability to create distinctive brand experiences that differentiate Quest Global in highly competitive markets. The ideal candidate understands how to combine creativity, storytelling, customer insight, content, digital engagement, and experience design to make Quest Global appear larger, more influential, and more innovative than its size would suggest.
You will work closely with vertical marketing leaders, sales teams, executives, customers, and agency partners to design and deliver experiences that strengthen brand perception, deepen customer relationships, generate demand, and showcase Quest Global's engineering expertise.
We are looking for someone who refuses to settle for standard event execution. Someone who sees every trade show, customer meeting, sponsorship, executive forum, and industry gathering as an opportunity to build the Quest Global brand. The right candidate is equal parts strategist, storyteller, producer, and operator, capable of imagining bold experiences and executing them flawlessly.

Brand Experience Strategy:

Create distinctive brand experiences that increase awareness, engagement, and preference among customers, prospects, partners, analysts, and industry influencers.

Ensure all experiential programs consistently reflect Quest Global's brand identity, positioning, values, and storytelling framework.

Partner with vertical marketing teams to translate business objectives into experiential marketing strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
Experience Design & Innovation:

Design immersive and memorable experiences that showcase Quest Global's expertise, innovation, customer success, and thought leadership.

Transform traditional trade show participation into differentiated brand activations that maximize engagement and business impact.

Develop creative event concepts, executive engagement programs, technology showcases, customer journeys, demonstrations, and interactive experiences that stand apart from competitors.

Collaborate with creative, content, digital, social media, and communications teams to extend the impact of experiences before, during, and after activation.
Event & Program Leadership:

Manage end-to-end planning and execution of global events, trade shows, executive roundtables, customer events, roadshows, technology showcases, internal brand activations, and strategic sponsorships.

Own event budgets, timelines, contracts, vendor relationships, agency management, and performance reporting.

Maintain a global experiential marketing calendar aligned with strategic business priorities.

Lead logistics and operational planning, including procurement, legal compliance, shipping, venue management, travel coordination, and on-site execution.

Build and manage a network of agency, production, and vendor partners across key global regions.
Integrated Marketing & Business Impact:

Build integrated marketing campaigns around major experiences and events to amplify reach, drive awareness, generate demand, and strengthen customer relationships.

Partner with sales and business leaders to maximize opportunities for customer engagement and pipeline creation.

Establish and maintain performance metrics, dashboards, and measurement frameworks to evaluate experiential marketing effectiveness.

Analyze attendee engagement, customer feedback, pipeline contribution, brand impact, and event ROI to drive continuous improvement.
Operational Excellence:

Continuously improve experiential marketing processes, workflows, governance, and best practices.

Drive efficiency through standardization, scalable planning approaches, and vendor optimization.

Champion a culture of operational excellence while maintaining high standards for creativity and innovation.
Required Skills & Experience:
-
15+ years of experience in experiential marketing, event marketing, brand activation, or integrated marketing roles in B2B corporates.

Proven success in planning and executing physical, virtual, and hybrid events across customer, industry, executive, and corporate audiences.

Experience managing large-scale trade shows, executive events, roadshows, sponsorships, and customer engagement programs.

Experience working with both agency and client-side marketing organizations preferred.

Experience within technology, engineering services, software, digital, or related B2B industries preferred.

Good understanding of event production, including fabrication, AV, and staging.
