Job Summary
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and experienced Academic Coordinator to oversee our school's academic programs and curriculum implementation. In this role, you will bridge the gap between school administration, teaching staff, and parents to ensure a high standard of education, smooth day-to-day operations, and compliance with educational boards.

Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Management: Oversee the planning, development, and implementation of the school curriculum, lesson plans, and academic calendars.
- Teacher Support & Mentorship: Conduct regular classroom observations, provide constructive feedback, and organize professional development workshops for the teaching staff.
- Student Progress Tracking: Monitor student performance data, coordinate assessments/examinations, and implement remedial plans for students requiring extra support.
- Parent-Teacher Relations: Act as a primary point of contact for academic concerns, facilitating parent-teacher meetings and maintaining open lines of communication.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all academic policies, documentation, and teaching methodologies align with board standards and school guidelines.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Education (M.Ed. / B.Ed.) or a specialized subject field.
- Experience: 3–5 years of teaching experience, with at least 1–2 years in an administrative, supervisory, or coordinator role.
- Skills: * Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
- Proficiency in using educational software, school management systems (SMS), and MS Office.
- Attributes: A problem-solver who can handle conflict gracefully and inspire a team of educators.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
