Sales Manager
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, developing customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets in line with company objectives. This role involves market development, key account management, team leadership, and coordination with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and profitable sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth.
- Identify new markets, customers, and business opportunities.
- Manage key customer accounts and maintain long-term relationships.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management review.
- Coordinate with production, planning, and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Negotiate prices, contracts, and commercial terms with customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies.
- Participate in exhibitions, client meetings, and business development activities.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in manufacturing or textile industries.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and sales performance.
- Willingness to travel as required for business development.
- Customer-focused approach with strong commercial acumen.
