Role Description:
This is a full-time Operations Associate position located on-site in Mahim, Mumbai. The Operations Associate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operational tasks, streamlining internal processes, and supporting client interactions. Additional responsibilities include analyzing operational data, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring efficient service delivery to meet business objectives.
Qualifications
3+ years in Wealth Management or Finance Ops
End-to-end Mutual Fund client onboarding and processing transactions via BSE Star MF / NSE NMF / CAMS / KFintech.
Mandatory hands-on experience with BSE StAR MF.
Knowledge of MF, SIF, PMS, and AIF structures.
Ownership of KYC, documentation, and stakeholder coordination (AMCs/Custodians)
Strong operational expertise with a focus on process optimization, task management and attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration and client interactions
Proficient analytical skills to assess and improve workflows, and solve problems creatively
Proficiency in relevant software tools or systems, including Microsoft Office Suite
Previous experience in financial services or a similar industry is an advantage
