Position: Farmer Relation Executive
Department: Farmer Relation
Location: Nethapakkam, Madurantakam
Salary: ₹15,000 per month
Additional Benefits: Food & Petrol Allowance
Eligibility Criteria
- Any UG Degree
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license
- Must own/be willing to use a two-wheeler for field travel
- Willingness to travel and coordinate with farmers directly
Roles & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain good relationships with farmers
- Coordinate milk procurement activities in assigned areas
- Handle farmer queries and provide timely support
- Ensure smooth communication between farmers and the company
- Visit field locations regularly and monitor operations
- Maintain daily reports and records related to farmer engagement
- Support in onboarding new farmers and expanding the network
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic coordination and reporting skills
- Ability to handle field operations
- Problem-solving and relationship management skills
- Ability to travel locally for field visits
Preferred Qualities
- Local area candidates preferred
- Basic knowledge of rural/farmer operations will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
