Job Summary
The HR Executive will manage and support end-to-end HR operations across CBSE and Cambridge schools, ensuring compliance with education board norms, labor laws, and internal HR policies. The role focuses on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, and HR compliance within an academic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for teaching and non-teaching staff
- Coordinate interviews, selection, and appointment processes
- Manage onboarding, induction, and documentation
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records, service files, and HR MIS
- Handle attendance, leave management, and staff movements
- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely salary processing
Compliance & Policies
- Ensure compliance with CBSE, Cambridge, and statutory labor requirements
- Implement HR policies, SOPs, and code of conduct across schools
- Handle audits, inspections, and documentation as required
Employee Relations
- Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters
- Support school leadership in conflict resolution and counseling
- Promote a positive work culture across campuses
Performance Management & Training
- Support appraisal processes and performance reviews
- Identify training needs and coordinate staff development programs
- Assist in implementing competency-based evaluations
Coordination & Reporting
- Liaise with school principals, department heads, and management
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 4–7 years of HR experience, preferably in schools or educational institutions
- Strong knowledge of CBSE & Cambridge board HR norms (preferred)
Skills & Competencies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and school HR practices
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software
- Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented

Salary
As per Market standards
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
