We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused E-Commerce Executive to join JK Garments. You will manage our online sales platforms, handle customer inquiries, process orders, update product listings, and help drive the growth of our e-commerce presence.
- Computer skills – Comfortable using computers, the internet, and e-commerce software.
- Communication skills – Able to communicate clearly with customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Product knowledge – Understand the products being sold.
- Order management – Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Customer service – Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Inventory management – Track stock levels and update product availability.
- Attention to detail – Ensure product listings, prices, and orders are accurate.
- Digital marketing basics – Familiarity with social media, online advertising, and promotions is a plus.
- Problem-solving skills – Handle delivery issues, payment problems, and customer concerns efficiently.
- Teamwork and time management – Work well with others and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹9,747.01 - ₹34,219.81 per month
