Role Summary:The Telecaller Head leads the entire telemarketing and inside sales division. They are responsible for high-level strategic planning, designing outbound/inbound calling campaigns, defining sales targets, and optimizing overall department ROI.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive telecalling strategies to align with the company’s broader business and revenue goals.Campaign Management: Design, script, and launch new outbound or inbound calling campaigns tailored to different market segments.Budgeting & Forecasting: Manage the departmental budget, forecast sales pipelines, and track return on investment (ROI).KPI Definition: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and incentive structures to motivate the team.Technology Optimization: Evaluate, select, and implement new call center technologies, CRM systems, and telephony infrastructure.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to ensure lead quality and seamless customer transitions.Compliance: Ensure all calling operations adhere to local telecom regulations, data privacy laws, and ethical guidelines.Requirements & Qualifications:Experience: \(5\) to \(8+\) years of experience in telemarketing management, inside sales, or call center operations.Skills: Exceptional strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, negotiation, and large-scale team management.Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Management.
