Sales & Lead Management
· Generate and qualify new sales leads through calls, emails, websites, social media, and other sales channels.
· Follow up on inquiries received from customers, dealers, distributors, and online platforms.
· Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure timely closure of opportunities.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by management.
Customer Relationship Management
· Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
· Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and soluti
· Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and follow-up details in CRM or company systems.
· Coordinate with the Senior Sales Manager regarding sales opportunities and customer requirements.
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
· Monthly sales revenue achievement.
· Number of qualified leads generated.
· Lead-to-order conversion ratio.
· Customer follow-up and response time.
· Number of quotations converted into confirmed orders.
· Customer retention and repeat business generation.
· CRM and sales reporting accuracy.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
