Roles & Responsibilities:
l Work on US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) with focus on Hospital Billing (HB) – Epic. Perform Accounts Receivable (AR) Follow-up, Denial Management, EOB Analysis, Payment Posting, Claims Status Check, Appeals & Reconsiderations. l Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial Payers, CPT/ICD-10 Coding, HIPAA Compliance, Aging Reports (0–120+ days) required. Ensure timely reimbursement and AR resolution.l Responsible for AR Follow-up, Claims Adjudication, Denial Analysis, Payment Posting, Insurance Verification, Prior Authorization, Appeals Processing. l good understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial Insurance, CPT/ICD-10, HIPAA, Aging Reports (30–120+ days), Write-offs & Revenue Recovery required. l Focus on maximizing collections and reducing AR backlog.
