Job Description: Special EducatorJob OverviewSanskriti International School is seeking a dedicated, empathetic, and RCI-registered Special Educator for our campus at Kompally, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will support our commitment to inclusive education by creating tailored learning interventions for students with diverse learning needs, including ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, and other developmental or learning delays. You will work closely with mainstream teachers, parents, and school administration to ensure every child thrives in a holistic, supportive ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Individualised Planning: Design and implement Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) based on child-specific academic, behavioral, and emotional needs. [1]
- Classroom Integration: Collaborate with mainstream educators to modify the curriculum and implement differentiated teaching strategies. [1, 2]
- Student Assessment: Conduct periodic screenings, assessments, and observations to identify learning gaps and track developmental progress.
- Remedial Sessions: Conduct one-on-one or small-group remedial sessions using tactile, visual, and experiential learning aids. [1]
- Collaboration: Partner with school counsellors, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists for comprehensive student support.
- Parent Counseling: Lead progress review meetings with parents, providing actionable strategies to reinforce learning at home. [1]
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per hour
