Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in the freight forwarding industry, air/sea export experience preferred.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent language & command of English
- Detail-oriented and strong follow-up skills
- Proficient with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Cargo Wise systems knowledge is a plus
- Ensures invoicing of rendered services is completed accurately and in a timeframe consistent with company policy.
- Ensure to have accurate and updated customer profiles.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
