Job Summary
Goel Group is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Collection Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, maintaining customer relationships, following up on outstanding payments, and ensuring timely collection of dues from customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Visit customers, dealers, and distributors regularly.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending payments and collections.
- Ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues.
- Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and collections.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and collection reports.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any Discipline).
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Collection, or Customer Relationship roles.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel locally for customer visits.
- Must possess a valid driving license (preferred).
