Telecaller Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, handling inbound inquiries, explaining the company's products and services, generating leads, scheduling appointments, and converting inquiries into sales. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be confident in interacting with customers over the phone, and maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times. The Telecaller will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, following up with prospective clients, resolving basic customer queries, and meeting daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets. Candidates should have basic computer knowledge, strong convincing and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment. A minimum qualification of 12th pass or graduation is preferred, while prior experience in telecalling or customer service is an advantage. Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
