Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for sales and customer relationship management, with experience in banking and financial products preferred.
Candidates with prior experience in banking operations, gold loans, fixed deposits (FDs), debentures, personal loans, business loans, and other financial products will be given priority.
Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Promote and sell banking and financial products, including:
- Gold Loans
- Fixed Deposits (FDs)
- Debentures
- Personal Loans
- Business Loans
- Other Financial Products
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify customer needs and provide suitable financial solutions.
- Conduct field visits, client meetings, and business presentations.
- Ensure excellent customer service and follow-up.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of applications and services.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in banking, NBFCs, financial services, or sales is preferred.
- Knowledge of banking operations and financial products is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
