Job Title: Brand Manager
White Warbler Communications is looking for a creative and strategic Brand Strategist to develop brand positioning, marketing strategies, and compelling client pitches. The ideal candidate should be able to understand client objectives, create impactful campaign ideas, and present innovative branding and marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop brand strategies and marketing plans for clients across various industries.
* Understand client goals, target audiences, and market positioning.
* Create pitch decks, proposals, and presentations for prospective and existing clients.
* Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights.
* Collaborate with creative, content, social media, and performance marketing teams.
* Lead brainstorming sessions and develop campaign concepts.
* Present strategic recommendations and campaign ideas to clients.
* Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
* Track campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.
Required Skills
* Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and advertising principles.
* Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills.
* Experience in creating pitch decks and marketing proposals.
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
* Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and consumer behavior.
* Proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Canva.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
* 2–5 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, advertising, or agency environments.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
