Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities
* Prepare and maintain HR letters, employee files, and records
* Handle attendance, leave records, and payroll input coordination
* Maintain HR trackers, employee databases, and operational reports
* Coordinate employee confirmations, exits, and HR documentation
* Support implementation of HR policies and processes
* Coordinate HR compliance-related documentation and follow-ups
* Assist in recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
Administration
* Manage day-to-day office administration and coordination activities
* Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, office staff, and external agencies
* Handle office documentation and operational follow-ups
* Support store and HO administration requirements
* Coordinate with local authorities and external partners whenever required
* Ensure smooth functioning of workplace administration activities
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
