We are looking for an experienced Equity Research & Investment Banking professionals.
- Experience: 5–10 years in Equity Research / Investment Banking
Conductcompany, sector and industry research and generate investment insights.
Prepare financial models, DCF, comparable company and transaction valuations.
- Develop investment reports, pitch decks, presentations and financial analysis.
- Support M&A, IPO, QIP, fundraising, PE/VC and corporate finance transactions.
- Track market trends, company performance and corporate developments.
- Coordinate with clients, management teams, investors and transaction stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of Indian equity markets, financial modelling and valuation.
- CA / CFA / MBA Finance preferred.
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, analytical and communication skills.
Freshers are NOT eligible. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience is mandatory.
Pay: Up to ₹4,000,000.00 per year
