Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs Create BRD, FRD, and functional specifications Collaborate with development and QA teams for implementation Conduct gap analysis and suggest process improvements Support UAT and ensure successful delivery of solutions Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business goals Required Skills: Strong experience in Business Analysis and requirement gathering Expertise in creating BRD, FRD, and user stories Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities Good to Have: Domain experience (Banking, Finance, or IT) Knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools Experience in process modeling (UML, BPMN) Certification like CBAP/CCBA
