We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced HR Payroll and HR Operations Executive to manage our end-to-end payroll processing and daily HR administrative workflows. The ideal candidate must have hands-on expertise in using Spine HR / Spine Payroll software to manage attendance, process employee salaries, and maintain statutory compliance. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for employee lifecycle management and query resolution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Payroll Processing & Spine HR Administration
- Attendance Management: Collect, audit, and regularise monthly attendance, biometric logs, and leaves via the Payroll software/portal.
- Salary Execution: Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing using Payroll software, including the calculation of gross pay, net pay, and overtime.
- Variable Processing: Handle salary revisions, bonuses, incentives, loans, advances, and Full & Final (F&F) settlements within the software.
- Bulk Data Management: Utilise Excel data upload utilities to import bulk payroll inputs into Spine HR seamlessly.
2. Statutory Compliance & Taxation
- Compliance Management: Compute, deduct, and ensure timely online filing of PF, ESIC, Professional Tax (PT), and LWF as per state laws.
- Taxation & TDS: Accurate TDS deduction as per the amount received from Accounts.
- Form & Return Generation: Prepare quarterly Form 24Q data, monthly PF/ESIC ECR files.
3. Core HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Maintain digital employee master records in Spine HR, assign employee IDs, and manage the exit clearance process.
- Documentation: Issue official corporate letters, including Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Appraisal Letters, and Relieving Letters.
- Query Resolution: Serve as the first point of contact to resolve employee queries regarding payslips, tax deductions, leave balances, and Spine ESS login issues.
- MIS Reporting: Extract weekly and monthly HR metrics, headcounts, attrition analysis, and payroll variance reports directly from Spine HR.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate degree in Human Resources, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of core experience handling HR operations and payroll processing.
- Software Expertise: Proficiency in Spine HR / Spine Payroll software (Spine NX / Spine NG) will be a plus.
- Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, logical formulas) and familiarity with government portals (EPFO, ESIC).
- Soft Skills: High numeric accuracy, excellent communication skills, and ability to handle confidential employee compensation data with discretion.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
