VMC Operator cum Programmer
Location: Faridabad, Haryana
Experience: 2-4yr
Job Responsibilities
- Operate, set, and program VMC machines for precision components and tooling.
- Prepare/edit CNC programs using G-code/M-code.
- Read engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and GD&T.
- Perform tool setting, work offset, job alignment, and first-piece inspection.
- Select appropriate cutting tools and machining parameters.
- Check components using Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Dial Gauge, etc.
- Troubleshoot machining, dimensional, and tool-related issues.
- Maintain machine, tools, CNC programs, and production records.
- Follow safety, quality, and production procedures.
Qualification & Experience
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Tool & Die / Machinist or equivalent.
- 2–4 years of relevant VMC operating and programming experience.
- Knowledge of Fanuc/Siemens controls and CAD/CAM will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
