Job Summary:
The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests, maintaining high service standards, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting smooth bar operations while adhering to company policies and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:1. Beverage Preparation & Service
- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and other beverages as per standard recipes.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all beverages.
- Recommend drinks and assist guests in selecting beverages.
- Take beverage orders accurately and serve guests promptly.
- Ensure responsible service of alcohol according to company policies.
2. Guest Service
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional hospitality.
- Build rapport with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
- Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and service excellence.
3. Bar Operations
- Set up and organize the bar before service.
- Ensure all bar equipment is clean, functional, and properly maintained.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at the bar counter and workstations.
- Follow opening and closing checklists.
4. Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels of beverages, garnishes, and bar supplies.
- Report low stock levels to the Bar Manager.
- Assist in receiving and storing bar inventory.
- Minimize wastage, breakage, and pilferage.
5. Cash Handling & Billing
- Process guest bills accurately through the POS system.
- Handle cash, card, and digital payments responsibly.
- Ensure accurate recording of all sales transactions.
6. Compliance & Safety
- Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Follow liquor licensing laws and responsible alcohol service practices.
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment.
- Comply with company SOPs and operational guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management/Hospitality preferred.
- Certification in Bartending or Mixology is an added advantage.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in bars, restaurants, lounges, clubs, or hotels.
- Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and beverage service.

Pay: ₹9,349.58 - ₹25,000.00 per month
