Job Description: Patient Care Assistant (PCA) Trainer
Project: Aditya Birla Skill Center – Kuppam
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver theory and practical training as per the Patient Care Assistant (PCA) curriculum.
- Train candidates on patient hygiene, mobility assistance, vital signs, infection control, and basic nursing care.
- Conduct demonstrations, simulations, and hands-on practice sessions.
- Evaluate trainee performance through assessments and practical tests.
- Maintain attendance, assessment records, and MIS reports as per project norms.
- Ensure adherence to healthcare safety standards and ethical practices.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- ANM / GNM / B.Sc Nursing / Diploma in Nursing or relevant healthcare qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in healthcare training or clinical practice.
- Strong knowledge of hospital protocols and patient safety.
- Good communication skills in Gujarati and English.
- Experience in skill development / CSR projects preferred.
