We are an Australian migration consultancy looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team remotely from India.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage our Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn accounts.
- Create and schedule engaging social media content.
- Edit high-quality short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
- Design eye-catching thumbnails, graphics, and carousel posts.
- Write engaging captions and optimize posts using SEO keywords and hashtags.
- Develop content ideas based on Australian migration news, visa updates, and trending topics.
- Monitor comments and messages and respond where required.
- Increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness organically.
- Generate qualified leads through social media campaigns and content.
- Track analytics and provide monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with our team to plan weekly content and marketing campaigns.
Essential Skills
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses.
- Strong video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
- Graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
- Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn algorithms.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools.
- Ability to create viral, engaging, and informative content.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management.
Preferred
- Experience working with Australian businesses.
- Knowledge of Australian migration, education, or visa industry (preferred but not essential).
- Experience running lead generation campaigns.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads is an advantage.
