Key Responsibility
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social platforms
- Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads
- Manage on boarding and Off boarding processes
- Address employee grievances and workplace issues
- Maintain healthy employee engagement and communication
- Support conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Mange Admin related activity
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
