Rita Automobiles Pvt Ltd is hiring an experienced Floor Supervisor for our Rita Suzuki dealership located in Panchamahala, Angul.
If you have 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing workshop operations in the automobile sector and leading a team of technicians, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Allocate job cards to technicians and supervise daily vehicle repairs and servicing.
- Ensure on-time delivery of vehicles while maintaining high Suzuki service quality standards.
- Perform pre- and post-repair quality checks on vehicles.
- Coordinate closely with Service Advisors to communicate job status and technical findings.
- Maintain workshop discipline, safety standards, tool inventory, and equipment upkeep.
- Guide and assist technicians with troubleshooting complex mechanical/electrical issues.
Requirements
- Experience: 2 to 5 years in the Automobile sector (Dealership/Workshop experience preferred).
- Education: Diploma / ITI / Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering (Preferred).
- Strong technical knowledge of vehicle mechanics and diagnostics.
- Excellent team management, leadership, and time-management skills.
Schedule & Benefits
- Shift: Day Shift (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM)
- Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus / Incentive plan available
- Work Location: In-person (Panchamahala, Angul)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
