Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound voice calls with US-based customers

Generate leads and ensure consistent service quality

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve campaign goals.

Meet performance targets set for calls and conversions

Maintain proper call documentation in CRM systems

Follow standardized communication protocols and scripts
-
Demonstrate professionalism and strong customer service in every interaction
Candidate Requirements

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Strong listening and problem-solving skills.

Basic computer proficiency

Willing to work a full-time night shift (7:00 PM – 5:00 AM, Monday to Friday)

Available to work from the office in Bodakdev, Ahmedabad
