We are seeking a hands-on and highly organized Interior Site Project Manager to oversee the flawless execution of commercial and residential interior projects. From the initial layout and MEP integration to the final handover, you will be the driving force behind turning design concepts into reality. [1, 2, 3]Key Responsibilities
- Project Execution: Manage all phases of interior fit-out from initiation to completion, ensuring strict adherence to project timelines and financial limitations. [1]
- Site Supervision: Conduct daily site visits to monitor progress, supervise subcontractors, and ensure quality workmanship and safety protocols are maintained. [1]
- Resource Coordination: Coordinate material procurement schedules with the purchase team to prevent delays. Liaise with civil, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), and HVAC consultants. [1]
- Budget & BOQ Management: Assist in estimating project budgets, maintain current change order logs, and ensure all work is completed within the agreed financial scope. [1, 2]
- Client & Stakeholder Communication: Lead client meetings, provide regular progress reports, and address concerns professionally. [1]
- Quality & Risk Control: Anticipate project risks, troubleshoot bottlenecks on-site, and conduct snagging/punch-list inspections before project handover. [1, 2]
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
