We’re looking for an HR Head / HR Manager who can help us bring structure to our people practices, build strong teams, and create a workplace where people feel supported, trusted, and excited to grow.
Role Overview
You’ll be the person who owns HR at Greenr helping us put the right systems, habits, and culture in place as we scale. From hiring and onboarding to performance, engagement, compliance, and learning you’ll be shaping how people experience Greenr every day.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys building things, not just managing them. Someone who can think long-term, but is also comfortable jumping in and solving things on the ground when needed.
What You’ll Do
- Build simple, clear HR systems and policies that actually work in a fast-growing business
- Set up structure across the employee journey from hiring someone to their growth and exit
- Make HR processes smoother and more organized through better tools and systems
- Lead hiring for both restaurant teams and corporate roles, and help us attract the right people consistently
- Improve how we hire making it faster, more structured, and more thoughtful
- Create onboarding experiences that help new team members feel welcome and confident from day one
- Build engagement and retention initiatives so people feel connected to Greenr and want to stay and grow here
- Set up a performance system that is simple, fair, and actually used—focused on goals, feedback, and regular conversations
- Work closely with managers to build a culture where feedback and development are part of everyday work
- Identify strong performers and help them grow into bigger roles over time
- Ensure all HR compliance is in place (labour laws, POSH, payroll coordination, documentation, etc.)
- Keep HR data clean, updated, and easy to use for decision-making
- Build training and learning programs that help teams improve in their roles and grow professionally
- Partner with founders and leadership to plan hiring needs as we open new outlets
- Support new store launches with hiring, onboarding, and making sure teams are ready to go
- Continuously improve HR systems based on what the business actually needs as it grows
What We’re Looking ForEducation
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred
Experience
- 3–5 years of HR experience in F&B, Hospitality, Retail, or HoReCa
- At least 1–2 years in a lead HR role (HR Manager / HR Head or similar)
- Experience working across multiple locations is a strong plus
- Experience building HR processes or systems from scratch is highly valued
Skills & Mindset
- Strong understanding of HR operations, compliance, and labour laws
- Comfortable building structure in fast-moving, sometimes unstructured environments
- Strong people instincts especially in hiring and team building
- Good communicator who can work with everyone from founders to frontline teams
- Comfortable using HR tools and systems (or quick to learn them)

Location: Delhi NCR (with travel across Greenr locations as needed)
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹53,000.00 per month
