We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our digital marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads, increase online sales, and improve brand visibility for our diamond and jewellery products. The role requires expertise in paid advertising, analytics, and conversion optimization across multiple digital platforms , and Increase or emphasised on E – Commerce Sales to
Maximum Sales.
Key Responsibilities
1. Paid Advertising Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns on platforms such as:
- Google Ads
- Facebook
- Instagram
- LinkedIn
- Optimizing a website to increase its visibility and ranking in search engine results pages (SERPs) to get more organic traffic.
- Increase website visibility
- Get more organic (free) traffic
- Improve search rankings
- Attract the right audience
- Manage PPC campaigns, display ads, and remarketing campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI and lower CPA (Cost per Acquisition).2. Lead Generation & Sales Growth
- Generate qualified leads for diamond Jewelery, jewellers, wholesalers, and international clients.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve lead conversion.
- Run B2B and E- Commerce performance campaigns.
3. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Track campaign performance using tools like:
- Google Analytics
- Google Tag Manager
- Analyze KPIs such as:
- CTR
- CPC
- Conversion Rate
- ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
4. Conversion Optimization
- Improve landing pages and ad creatives to increase conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing for ads, audiences, and landing pages.
- Implement retargeting strategies.
5. Market & Competitor Research
- Analyze competitor marketing strategies in the Gold diamond jewelry market.
- Identify new opportunities in domestic and international markets.
6. Budget Management
- Manage monthly digital marketing budgets efficiently.
- Allocate budgets across platforms for best campaign performance.
Required Skills

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Digital Marketing
- Certification in digital marketing tools such as:
- Google Ads
- Google Analytics
Experience
- 2–5 years experience in Performance Marketing
- Experience in Diamond Jewelery, Luxury Products, or E-commerce industry preferred
