The Telemarketing Executive communicates with customers over phone calls to explain products or services, identify customer needs, generate sales opportunities, and maintain customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Answer incoming customer inquiries when required.
- Explain products, services, and offers clearly.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular contact.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling or sales targets.
- Update customer details and call records in CRM systems or databases.
- Handle objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a positive customer experience during interactions.

Qualifications
- High school diploma / Any degree (requirements vary by company).
- Prior telecalling or customer service experience is often preferred.
- Freshers may also be eligible in many organizations.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in telesales, customer support, or call centers.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
Work Environment
- Office-based, call center, or remote work setting.
- May involve shift schedules depending on the company and customer location.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
