Job Description
· Client Acquisition and Onboarding: Identify potential clients, initiate contact, and manage the onboarding process to establish enhanced relationships
· Relationship Management: Regularly engage with clients to understand their financial goals, proactively offer suitable banking solutions, and address any concerns.
· Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough client assessments to identify financial needs and tailor tax, investments or banking products and services accordingly.
· Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional banking products like credit cards, investments, or insurance to existing clients.
· Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets for new accounts, cross-selling, and revenue generation.
· Client Retention: Actively manage client relationships to minimize attrition and maintain long-term loyalty.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
